It's a Rovex Lure Pro Quad 9', full carbon, casting weight 25-50g, 4 piece and packs down to 31" into it's hard tube, very handy for travelling or to throw in the boot/trunk of the car.

Well it's been a little while since the last giveaway so time to share the fun in keeping our 'pride and joys'
sharp n shiny.

We have the usual stropping blocks of balsa and leather with a new addition, hard felt.
Also new is the inclusion of 0.5 micron diamond spray(60ml) alcohol based so no oily or waxy residue.
Small container of 1.0 micron Aluminium oxide powder(25grams)

Variety is the spice, so the winner can choose which two(2) strops they would like, in any combination....

No screw down crown or anything fancy, but it has a rotating bezel and the crown is at 4 o'clock which really helps stop the crown digging in your hand, it's water resistant to 100m, although I haven't tested it beyond washing the dishes:D

The lume is fairly bright, nothing amazing but usable....

They are Bushnell Legend Weatherproof 8x26, full rubber coating. The Bushnell label is no longer on the top and there are a few marks on the lenses but nothing that is visible when you look through them, no mist or haze in the optics.

It is something that I put together myself, I bought the blade so can't claim to have made that:D But I did do all the other work on a fishing trip, I shaped the scales and black liners, made the simple brass pins and epoxied everything during the 2 days I had, I sort of run out of time hence the bulky look to the handle and rough finish
The blade is approx 108mm handle to tip and is O1 tool...
