Virginia is in the process of banning all Styrofoam containers for food service operations. On July 1, 2025 all operations with more than 20 locations had to stop using them. Smaller operators have an extra year to adjust. I am in charge of a kitchen that will really have to adjust. We serve a very cost conscious fixed/low/no income neighborhood that's already being hit pretty hard by inflation. I got twelve months to figure it out legally speaking. And I will certainly bid it out to all...

Hi All. I thought I would post a few pics of my garden through this winter. Most folks, including myself until now, give up during the winter time. This year I pushed through and had some pretty surprising results.
My wife and I are largely keto now, a little less large since I made the switch. So I try to make half my plate green these days. Organic veggies are pretty darned costly and I wanted to see how much I could grow myself. Besides, mine taste better, and I know what goes into...

I just purchased a new car. It’s black. I hate cleaning black cars.....

I was talking with a guy at work about waxing it before the winter and he stated that it probably has a protectant on it from the factory since it’s new. So do y’all think that’s true? And worth waxing before the winter?

I’m also curious what you all think of The Chemical Guys car products. I’ve always used Mothers but The Chemical guys stuff looks like it might be better. Maybe they just have a better...
Had to start over and watch some videos, ask some questions online, learned a bit more and went at it again. Having some mild success so far. And some fun along the way.
First project - snapped on me in 3 places. Apparently you are supposed to do the fretwork (inside cuts) first. Oops!
