  4. Two more in the works. Red dyed black ash Burl, burnt orange and black box elder Burl. Carbon fiber bolsters. G10 trim. Both blades about 255mm.

  13. This one is a 14" brisket knife in CPM 154CM. I'm doing three of these.

  14. This will be a 250 mm San Mai gyuto with Super Blue core steel and 410 stainless cladding. Haven't decided on whether it will be a K tip or traditional tip.

  15. A short series of assembling and shaping the handle on a 219mm CPM 20 CV stainless super steel knife. This one sports black ash Burl with wenge bolsters with G10 trim and brass Jewlery. Now for the hand sanding!!

  17. 14" slicer in the works. Whether you need to slice a brisket, Christms Goose, or a human liver, this will get it done. Need to contour handle and hand finish. Needs a edge and imprint.
