Might as well be homemade then. I've got a Zojirushi bread maker in my Amazon cart. A Christmas present for the house.

I was talking cows with a couple guys at work that raise beef cows. They each have 15-20 I believe. I said I'd like to have some veal but I can't find it at the grocery. One guy said "what's veal?". haha. You raise beef and don't know what veal is!! He's only 24 so maybe that's a valid excuse.

Sometimes when you debone the meat and trim it ...the cut can get floppy and not cook evenly.
I cut my own from ribeye roasts to save a few bucks.

Finally ordered a bag of this. Also picked up some of their tea and the Callie's Buttermilk Biscuit Mix.
Looking forward to trying it all!

Believe it or not - - I've never had a twice baked potato. Fried, mashed, au gratin, baked, BBQ on top, boiled, potato cakes, potato chips.....every way possible but never the twice baked kind. Seems like I would have but not that I can fully remember.

You must be expecting an army!

Simple wings done up with Dan O’s rub and some Mississippi White Sauce for dipping. Cooked in the oven
