Pork chops? Fry them in the cast iron skillet and then make gravy in the same skillet. With those pork chop cracklin’s.....yummmm!

Pemeal bacon, it doesn't really cool out gravy. But chuck it on a bun, burger, under eggs... It's devine

$3.86 was the cost of the raw ingredients? Or the cost of the used laptop it looks like you're cooking on?

Additional bacon options, we have regular bacon, plus some guy in Toronto a long time ago was like, we need more bacon, and invented a new bacon to go with the regular bacon.

While not the most exciting photo ever,
made a braised breast of veal yesterday.
So tender and juicy.. the sauce was rich and flavorful. 20180514_165816.jpg

Homemade ravioli stuffed with sausage and herb and garlic goat cheese. In a homemade tomatoes sauce covered in Parm. Weekend winning on this one... So much for leftovers for a weeknight dinner IMG_20180520_165258785.jpg IMG_20180520_171123704.jpg IMG_20180520_171805612.jpg

Jim, that veal looks WONDERFUL. What was in the stuffing?

James, I would suck down that ravioli and you would have no leftovers. Looks and sounds great!

Just plain fare, but the roll is fresh and homemade and the corn is coming into season. Add some baked beans, ground round, and dark beer and it makes for a dandy lunch.
