    Thanks. I have loved knives all of my life - picked it up from my father. I have some decent knives (Shun, Global, etc.), and for Father's Day, my wife surprised me with a Kramer 8" Carbon. Looking forward to using it. Looks like a great community and I'm looking forward to participating.
