    Aw thank you Jim I am an ex hi-fi salesman , journalist and phytopharmacologist.I`m retired now with really wonky bones.I`ve lived and cooked in quite a few places and developed a love for Asian knives living and working in Hong Kong and Macau and I`ve lived all over the med, North Africa and East and Western Europe amd loved the cultures and mixing different styles of cooking - fusion.I`ve been collecting knives and cooking since 1972 and I would like to learn more about knives, sharpening and knife mechanics and steel metalurgy and share my passion for sharp cutlery.
