    Hi everyone.
    I am a home chef who loves to cook and play with knives ;-)
    Work as an artist and photographer. I live on Maui with my wife, dog and 3 cats.
    Been playing with knives for about 4 years and am amassing a bit of a collection...which was not the plan when I started this journey!
    I am looking forward to participating in this forum.
