    Hello all!

Sorry for the delay, wasn't expecting so many welcoming responses so quickly!

I've been a long-time lurker of kitchen knife forums, and have decided it's time to build my collection and step out of the shadows. I've recently moved to Vancouver Island off the west coast of Canada (yes Cow Bay Jeffery, movers showed up last week!!), originally from a grain farm in the prairies I've been migrating west and loving it:) I'm part farm-kid and part engineer, so am absolutely loving learning more and more about knives, appreciating both form and function. Turns out I'm a complete sucker for integral damascus blades, especially with a hidden tang handle, mmmmm - craftsmanship!

Thanks again for the warm welcome, look forward to building my collection and learning plenty more along the way!

    Cheers,

    Ryan

First of all welcome, and with a passion for integral damascus blades, you need to start saving up for a Rader. Get on his list and just start saving.

    Thanks again for the welcome.

Hopefully someday I will be able to add not just a Rader but also a Lisch and Maumasi to the collection. Gorgeous work.
