Wa handle

  1. Hey guys
    How are you knife makers make D shape wa handles? Do you have a jig or sanding it to shape free hand?

    The few I've done were free hand.

    I usually cut the exterior angle first with my disk sander, then free hand the rest. Having then angled portion cut helps keep everything in line.
