Well, I didn't do it that night...but I did tonight.

And now I remember why I didn't do it again after the last time lol. I got around the sticking this time...but half the first freakin crust burned to cinders. Soooo...open the second crust, watch it MUCH more closely, and only the BACK HALF of it burned to cinders.

I've come to the conclusion that my grill doesn't heat very evenly :l.

Anyway though, the part that was edible was still delicious lol!

I figured cutting half cooked peppers skin up might be challenging...but the blade slid right through. In the past (years ago!) using other knives the skins liked to pull around. Recognize the board @Jared Thatcher? ;)

You can see the burnt area in the top left, and top right a bit. This was (again) MUCH more difficult than that girls video makes it out to be!!

  4. That pizza looks pretty damn good!
Well, if the gas doesn't give you even heat distribution you can always go back in time and use wood or coals. :)

I thought you might like that Jared, lol!!

I'm going to give it another shot soon, but I'm going to shut off the flames when the pizza is actually cooking. It should retain enough heat to cook I think, and might not burn that way :l.
