    Here's a set of Del Ealy knives. I tend to polish up all my knives every once in a while, just to see how shiny I can get them.

    And last are the 4 knives I tend to use quite a bit. They can handle pretty much everything I throw at them, though I don't typically use more than 1 or 2 knives at most to fix a meal.
    The top is a Murray Carter 248mm Sujihiki with custom handle by Mike Henry.
    The next I will have to go into more detail in a separate post. It is a 210mm Carbon Damascus knife I helped forge out at Devin's place! Talk about an amazing experience!
    Next one down, is a 150mm San Mai petty with a Devin's mystery steel core. Love this thing!
    Last, is a small utility knife by Bill Burke. It has a core of 52100 cladded with some virgin steel Bill made!
