I have a large project coming to fruition and need some funding to get it done. I honestly cannot decide which knives to part with since I love them all. (these were my keepers) I will let the market decide for me, trying to maintain a zero cost game with kitchen knives now. Once my goal is reached the sale will be closed.

If I recall correctly I used that Cut Brooklyn at last year's ECG. Awesome knife. If I were still in knife buying mode I'd pick that up in a heartbeat!

Yup. Became a drawer queen for a while, but then I sent it to Jon at JKI for a good thinning and now it's back in rotation kicking butt. I like Joel's work, and I really like the one you have here.

 

Yoshimune is SPF.
