  1. hi KKfora !

    240mm sujihiki, sanmaï and burned oak ( 145mm)


    the sanmai is mine ,as usual, made of 145sc et XC10 ( this a soft steel , not stainless ) , water quenched , arround 63/64 HRC after tempering .
