Online Meat Purveyors

    What are your sources of specialty meat if you buy online?

    I used to use Salumeria Biellese out of Brooklyn, but they no longer really serve non-commercial clients. Recently I have started ordering from Northern Waters Smokehouse in Duluth MN. Their bison pastrami, pepperoni, and Greek lamb sausage are all very good.

    Anyone else have some good sources?

    Ok seriously... For cured meats like you mentioned, Patak. I've toured their facility. Top notch people and a great product. I buy in person and have never done online/mail order but can't see why that wouldn't work. http://patakmeats.com/Welcome.html
