Just in from Denmark.

    While I was unable to attend the gathering at Maxim's this las weekend I take comfort in the fact that at least he sent me some new things to play with today:)

    I received a 245mm Shigefusa kitaeji Gyoto and a Kato Paring knife.
    The Kato parer in particular was a fun new addition to my kitchen setup.
    And at the price he decided to put on them, I'd rate that one as a steal:)

    Anyways, here's a couple quick shots using my phone.
    The other Gyoto's in the pic is a Kato Prototype and a Kato workhorse.
