Is this how it begins? My first knife.

  4. Depending on how much and how big you cook, maybe a 270 gyuto. And I love my 180 Shun Elite Santuko (SG2 core, stainless is good sometimes).

    Oh no! You found it!

    The cutting board I have is just that.....plastic (?) one in the photo. Cheap. Probably from Walmart. YEARS old.

    One of these days I'll upgrade the knife collection! I promise!
