I think I am approaching 2 years behind my own schedule and I am not even joking... I'm too old to juggle 3 jobs and too poor not to. Anyway, nice handles, as always. I think I underestimated the potential of the Malaysian blackwood, that looks great.

Might have to agree with this. I used it for some ferrules a while back and wasn't happy with the results, but it looks like I might have just had the wrong piece. You're doing great work Anton, keeping me on my toes for sure:cool1

  5. I am receiving those 5 beautiful handles and have to say Anton is a pleasure to work with:cool1 I left the design pretty much up to him and I am obviously extremely happy with the finished handles, I am sure they will look even better when I open the box and see them in person.
I will post some pics once I have fitted the first one or two.
    Thank you Anton:)

  6. Few more handles that I almost finished.
Bog Oak and + some red plastic:

Those two are made for a giveaway. Amboyna + Bog Oak and wax finish and Maple Burl + Blackwood in glossy Tru Oil finish.

We don't see too many of those here in adult sizes Anton. The US may have some catching up to do in this area

you just probably dont get around the crowd of kids wearing spirit animal hats lol!

  16. Been talking to Robert about how boring my old saya looks like and he suggested few simple modifications that would make it more interesting. I don't have a proper "before" picture of that saya, but you get the the idea from this:

I think you executed the idea better than I imagined it. Good work. Now on to the pin!
