Florentine Knives

    Anyone ever use a Florentine knife? They caught my eye a few years back and I though about getting one, but they fell off my radar...I saw one again the other day and it piqued my interest again.

    Looks like they are onto a second generation knife now..cleaner bolster area.

    Looks like they are made with 14c28n at 220mm.
