Discussion in 'The Kitchen Knife' started by hmarziali, Jan 3, 2017.

  1. Hello, I am new to the forum. I would like to learn a little more about kitchen knives.
I take the opportunity to show a job to order of a man cook. The carving of the cape is not suitable but it was his taste.
    Blade lenght: 21cm
    Handle: 13 cm
    Steel: Integral in bohler k110

    Total weight: 184 grams

The sheath is made in rawhide lether.
I hope you like it . I will be reading and learning

(Sorry by my english, it´s a translator)

That's a beautiful knife. The bolster looks a bit scary with that point, is there a specific use in mind for that? Also, what is the handle material?
