Fillet knife - AEBL and Ironwood

    I've been working on this one for a while. Made from robust stock, but full taper to tip. It has perfect flex, not flimsy.
    Nickel silver bolts.
    That is not a hamon, just an odd reflection of light.

    I have two more of these to finish if someone is interested. Could be handled in Ironwood, black Ebony, Macassar Ebony, or my stabilized oak.

    Thanks Jim. These are the specs:
    7.5 inch blade. Overall 12.5 inches
    63 Rockwell. Could chip if you tried to chop a thick backbone, but I opted for edge retention on this one, so just have to go easy on the bones.
    I might do a youtube vid on it, but I don't have any fish at the moment. :\
