    The steak saw handles never seem to have caught on.
    Maybe it is because of the exposed phillips head screws.
    Or it could be it wasn't marketed correctly.
    "Steak knives for carpenters who love tough steaks"
    Ok, maybe not.

    In general, I still prefer Western handles to wa. It's more aesthetic for me, though, really as in use I don't prefer one over the other.

    Hope that's Veritas jumping on the knife train, I have had an urge to cut dowetails in my steaks for a while now.
