Dry Aged Meat?

    Steaks? Any experience with them? There's a place nearby that sells local grass fed/grain finished dry aged beefs. 30+ days old. Never had a dry aged steak but I'm curious.

    Are they really worth the premium price? How do you cook them - same way you prepare any steak?
