Cutting taters

Discussion in 'The Kitchen Knife' started by captaincaed, Nov 27, 2019.

  1. Cutting feel doesn't necessarily correlate perfectly with how the results may look at first blush, for instance the Suien either separates a nice thin slice or sticks like a suction cup, no middle ground. I'm happy to chat about actual feel if anyone is interested.

And yes I was too lazy to soak the potatoes. Sue me.

And yes I made mashed potatoes. Lots of mashed potatoes.
