Nespresso Espresso Machine is convince & served me well. best custom service ever; if your machine needs service, not only no s/h charge but also lend you a loaner Espresso Machine!
In the weekend, I like a nice coffee made with Gooseneck Drip Kettle, Coffee Dripper & Paper Filters or Vietnamese coffee filter.
  3. Stefan,

Why are you scared of an inanimate object? I gotta take you to the range. The media has brainwashed you brother!

Just had some locally roasted (Ceremony Roasters), hand ground (Amazon bought Hario knockoff burr grinder) beans in my Chemex for slow Saturday morning coffee. Delicious. Never used to appreciate good coffee, freshly roasted, properly ground, etc. Strangely enough the purchase of a Thermapen was what got my pour over coffee finally going.

I'm a simple man, I use a Bodum French Press and have been enjoying a variety of freshly roasted beans from Red Bird Coffee and Dark Matte Coffee.
  7. Simple perfection.
  8. My favorite coffee is freshly hand ground and a French Press. Always this on weekends.

However I confess I went to the dark side with a Quickmill Monza Superauto now that I get up hours before the sun during the week. Wake up, push a button, coffee....

Bodum French Press is always nice. I have also found that Aeropress with Able disc can produce very similar similar type of coffee to a French press, but generally with a little bit less sludge in the cup.

Been using a BonaVita and recently acquired a Baratza Virtuoso. Of late it's been Blue Macaw Sumatra dark roast. Am now finally happy with my at home coffee set up. That said, a pour through filter holder and a pitcher with the right temp water can make as good a coffee as anywhere (IMHO)
