Can't post new thread in my subforum

    I am still learning my way around here. Things are set up a little bit different from what I am used to so now I need to ask typical newbie questions. Maybe the answers will help others in addition to myself.

    When I go to my subforum I get a message that says I am unable to post here.
    I can post in existing threads but not start any new ones.

    There were probably instructions that I skimmed over and did not notice.
    Thank you in advance for the help.
