Breakfast - What's in Your Gullet?

    Our grocery started carrying a new line of pork from a local place that grows heritage hogs. The pork chops are divine, and just tried some breakfast sausage that is dandy, too. With grits and eggs.

    Same sausage. Makes excellent milk gravy. Had some buttermilk to use up so had sausge, biscuits, and gravy. Plus some strawberry jam on half the biscuit. (Working on building up some fat for winter.)
