My first time smoking some real meat! Spare ribs. 5-6 hour cook on the Pit Boss. Did bout 3hrs unwrapped. Then wrapped in foil laid over a base of butter, BBQ sauce, and honey for about 1.5hrs. Then another half hr or so unwrapped again. I got impatient towards the end. But they turned out tasty. Best ribs I've had!
And all the veggies on the plate came from the garden.

I was amazed at how juicy it was considering after the 3ish hours on the grill it looked dried out. But I was spraying it every 30 min or so with 50/50 mix of water and apple cider vinegar. Then the soak in the sauce/butter must have really done its job.
