    My sons mixed the rub, prep'd the ribs, and cut, split, and stacked a bunch of cherry, hickory, and oak for future cooks! Lucky me!!

    Had a little gathering for a birthday.
    12 hour SV beef ribs
    4 hour SV loin lambchops
    Fingerling taters in the bath with butter and parsley.
    A few other sides and a peach pie finised us off.
