230mm, forged 52100 Gyuto.

  1. This is the second forged Eastern style gyuto I have made.

    52100, 230mm
    61~ RC
    Red Mallee, musk ox horn and nickle octagonal handle.
    Mirror polished
    Combination of V and convex grind.

    I have seen this knife in person and his grind , polish is top notch . Fit and finish are very impressive too

  16. I think there's an empty niche for kitchen daggers… just imagine yourself cooking some delicious food and then all of a sudden there are hordes of goblins rushing into your kitchen. That's when you pull a kitchen dagger or even a spear if you were properly prepared.
