    Looks great Gnarl. Artichoke hearts?

  2. Yep! Just a couple jars of the marinated ones. I also threw a pretty hefty scoop of sun dried tomato tapenade in there. Very Mediterranean!

No bunny at our house. The Easter Pig came to visit.

There were 5 1/2 lb of leftovers. Know what we'll be eating for the next few days.

Had some burrata that needed to be eaten. It was dandy on an emergency pie.

Raw ingredients to pie in just under an hour. Not the best way to make a crust, but it beats frozen pizza. :D

  8. Looks amazing. I bring smoked leftovers to people in the office at work. They like me.

  10. Little over cooked NY strip with chipotle butter, crispy garlic potatoes with parmesan. Boiled potatoes with baking soda then oven fried.

Thanks Brian! It also freezes well. Good reheated slowly, or made into brunswick stew, or pork tacos, or...

No pictures because I gobbled it down too fast, but we finally made it to the farmers' market and my mushroom guy still had some morels. So dinner was morels tossed in a little flour & fried in butter, with eggs scrambled in the morel drippings topped with some smoked salmon and a little cream cheese. Looked a little drab on the plate, but it sure tasted good.

That sounds insanely good. Gonna have to try harder to find some morels

We didn't have any smoked pork after the round at Easter, but we had some unseasonably warm weather this week and pork butts were on a big sale, so one last round of smoked pork for the year. Blue skies, trees turning great colors, and bunches of pork & beer.
