Pulled a shot, and it looked good. But there was some textured milk left from making missus a cuppa, so a macchiato, it turned into.

Wakui gyuto — my second favourite ~200mm knife (the first one was made by Cris).

Vietnamese Espresso based Americano, with a Tom Gray mug, and 10" Billipp gyuto. Likely the best knife I've owned.

That mango handle is still one of my all-time favorites. That Wakui is well dressed.

Here's today's pic. Regular old coffee, Classic Carter, Tom Gray Mug, and a walnut board of mine that desperately needs some oil. :)

Oh this? Nothing fancy...just Tom's dream folder that he's been after for four years. ;)

  11. Just beat me to it! Nothing fancy eh! That looks like the perfect knife to me:cool1

This little Carter is on another vacations in Russia. Last time I've seen it in June 2014 when it acquired new handle. Unfortunately Banksia spacer wasn't durable enough and slowly started to chip and fall apart. So this is the last picture of this handle before it gets destroyed and replaced with new one.

Very nice of you to make some coffee for the handle before its execution.

Mr. Itou, most used knife at home.
Mug from one of my wife's pastry assistants.

@Andre - I like the 'Sh!tty Tuna Albabacore Style' on the prep list.

  16. Nice looking one! …is it just the bad light or the edge is chipped?

Not just the bad light. There are a few chips. It gets used alot and it doesn't get babied or see the stones often.
