    Looks so good Bryan. I have skipped the step of marinating the beef like you did. Not the same at all.

    Many years ago I worked with a French kid who was one of our dishwashers. On Bastille day we made him call his mom and get her cassoulet and beef bourguignon recipes and we made them for staff meal. Now I always think of that when I see either dish.
