What to do with duck eggs?

    So a friend of my wife has some chickies and duckies and now I have some duck eggs in the refer. Any suggestions on what to best capitalize on these babies?

    eat them they have really a good taste , make them the same like chicken eggs

  5. Does the taste differ much from chicken eggs? I just found a source for farm fresh chick and duck eggs but haven't tried the duck yet.

    how bout salted duck eggs? I have no idea how to make it, but its a chinese dish that i used to eat as a kid with rice porridge

    They are richer in flavour than chicken eggs.Lovely simply poached with asparagus and Hollandaise or similar
