    Thanks Jim.

    I live just outside of Albury in southern NSW, Australia.

    Some will know me from the other forum as "Nemo", but that tag was taken on the fora (so I used the accusative form of Nemo instead).

    I'm a home cook who has been interested in good knives for a couple of years.

    I favour gyutos in 240-270. Many of my knives are Japanese but I also have a number of knives form Western makes which I like a lot.
