  10. Thanks for the welcome guys. I have heard that this is a great community so I joined up. I'm new to the high end knife game, I've mainly been using German stainless. I bought some wet stones and a nice knife. I am a fourth generation baker. My family has been in the same place since 1934. We've since moved away from mainly doing bread to mainly pizza.

  12. pulled these from Facebook, stuffed breads. We made just under 100 loaves Wednesday morning before we opened. They where gone by 5-6.

    As for cookies sorry no don't do that type of baking.
