    Thankyouverymuch! :)

    I was bitten by the jk carbon steel bug about a year ago. Before that I had only soft western steel. Since then I've bought too many knives considering I haven't really gotten into sharpening yet. Still newbieing my way on the stones with a cheap shirogami-knife for practice. I have that "collector-sickness" and I find handmade japanese carbon steel knives hard to resist...
