    Thank you for the warm welcome!

    A little something about me.

    I'm 27 years old and currently live in Ireland.
    I was born and raised in Holland, but moved to Ireland 2 years ago for work.

    I'm a fulltime (all round) sushi chef. Meaning: I do more than just making sushi, helping costumers etc. you name it.
    I'm still in training and hope to learn more :)

    Greg from Wabocho has send me the link to this forum and glad he did.

    I'll post some photos up during the week or so.

    Now off to browse trough this forum and curious what i would find!

    If you have any questions, feel free to ask! :)
