    Hello everyone! My name's Fabio, I'm from Italy and I'm 20. I've first discovered this forum roughly 6 or so months ago thanks to some links on another site. Well, I'm a real fan of sharpening and traditional japanese knives. I'm still at the beginnings, since I've started sharpening my first knife 2 years ago on a really cheap knife on an old oil stone. I felt in love with that at the first stroke. I was like: ok I need to learn everything possible! So I started making reasearches on the net, expecially on YouTube, I've discovered the fantastic Jonathan's page, japanese knife imports, who helped me a lot on understanding both the basics and advanced techniques for sharpening. Then he helped my find a good set of stones to start with, and I made the acquaitance of Maksim, and I bought his JNS! Unbelievable, they work so well and I now can't stop using them! Since then, I've never stopped learning and learning. So I came here to check all your masterpieces and infos I could get! ;) I really appreciate being part of this community! Hope I'll be as good as you all are here one day :)
