  2. Hello

    My name is Chris and I'm from New Zealand.
    I have a mild addiction to sharp objects and the wife thinks I have a knife AD.

    My knifes are mid range type stuff, with the exception to a couple of Japanese knifes.
    There is a few gaps in my knife set up for quality and function. A boning knife, slicer and paring knife comes to mind.
    Hones, I need to add a low grit hone for some reshaping. My highest grit for knifes is a snow white 8.

    I'm still trying to figure why people are scared of sharp knifes, as it is the half blunt ones they should be scared of.
