    Actually, some of those are tostados, which should count for about a taco and a half, while others are quesadillas, which are about the size of three tacos.

    When you order a quesadilla, they grab a ball of fresh masa dough, squish it in a giant press, then chuck it on the plancha*.


    *I was contractually obligated to use the word "plancha". I still need to work in the term "parrillada".
