    I quite enjoyed that article. I recently got a Lodge griddle that I use to make my blackened fish on the grill. It has worked the champ.

    Cool. Did not realize Lodge did steel cookware as well...and seasoned at that. Going to have to give it a whirl.

    I have a couple of their skillets and a dutch oven, love them all. Started cooking as a kid and cast iron was the main game back then and I love to use it now.

    Thanks for sharing this. I've used Lodge pans older than I am. The newest ones I've handled seem to be made as well as the vintage ones. Mine will outlast me.
