    hi KKfora !

    working on a 240 Gyuto, 3 layers, as usual. 145sc and XC10. water quenched.
    kasumi finish.
    burnt Oak handle
    lime tree wood for saya .

    blade are 235mm x 50mm

    mostly workhorse than laser...

    and this one is for sale .
