First kitchen knife set I've made

  1. I normally make hunters and choppers, but decided to make a kitchen set for myself.

    Very nice. May I ask what are the dimensions of the blades? What steel? What wood did you use for the handles?
     
  3. Blade length is 228mm on the gyuto and 152mm on the petty.

    Steel is 52100 core with 410 stainless cladding.

    Stabilized spalted maple for the handles.
