SOLD DEVON THOMAS ITK 240 GYUTO

    Hey gang, I have a DT ITK 240 gyuto in stainless Aeb-l. Knife has spent a total of about 2hrs in a professional kitchen, and some time in home kitchen as well.
    Other than a couple superficial surface scratches from the saya, knife is in fantastic condition.

    Fun facts:

    Knife from a small run in 2013 (November)
    Edge length: about 248mm
    Height at heel: 52mm
    Handle: cocobolo
    Saya: I believe it's walnut burl. A buddy of mine made it. Friction fit. Very nice.

    Knife is sold and on its way to its new home.
