    Here's another gem I hate to part with. This guy served me very well. It was the only knife I used during a 9 course tasting menu I put out to land my current job over 2 years ago.
    This gyuto is from Devin's last run of 240's, in 2013? I can't recall precisely, but I am the original owner.
    Knife has some small signs of use, scuffs and what not, but is in overall great shape.

    Edge is at 250mm and heel height is at 53mm.

    Please note that the butt of the handle suffered a little nick, but this effects nothing performance wise.
