Curious about Watanabe

    I was at knife makers the other day and he had a few Watanabe blades he was working on. I have never used a Watanabe, but would love to try one for a few weeks.

    Long shot....does anyone have a Watanabe gyuto they would be willing to let me play with for a few weeks.

    More than happy to let you play with one of mine in exchange.
