    245mm CPM 20CV stainless super steel kiritsuki tip gyuto (say that three times fast!) with rosewood Burl, box elder Burl bolsters, red marble stone and G10 trim. Custom center mosaic pin adorns the handle as well. One of my more popular profiles, especially amongst Exec chefs. A gift to a wife for a lifetime of use‼️‼️
