Carbon Steel Pans from Chefs

    anybody have experience with these? 3 piece set for less than $50. DeBuyer grill pan on sale cheap too.

    Where ya looking Mrmnms? I use JR Rose carbon pans at home that cost me 6-8 dollars a piece that work as good as most others.

    Chefs Catalogue. They look like Lodge. Not familiar with JR Rose. That's a rip deal if they're decent.

    Unless they're really thin, I can't imagine any carbon pan not being good. Plenty of good brands are available- Matfer-Bourgeat, Mauviel, DeBuyer, Alessi, and others.
