Still have alot to learn, and I am pedantic about my heat treat and testing of my knives. I have a few examples of some work I have completed over the last six months.

Knife 1: Ham knife - 28cm blade, AEB-L. Casurina Birdseye handle, Black G10 Liners, flexible.

Knife 2: Carving knife - AEB-L, Ringed Gidgee handle, Black G10 Liners.

Knife 3: Standard kitchen knife - AEB-L, Black and Orange G10.

Knife 4: My first custom order - 52100, double bolster, rear with a bottle opener, silky oak with Orange G10 liners.

I have since made some eastern blades I will upload soon.

    Any advice would we welcome.

    Cheers,
    Chadd.

  2. Good looking knives. I particularly like the handle work on the carving knife.

I really need to get ahold of some of that ringed gidgee lol.

How''s the last knife balance? That handle looks like it could out smash a warhammer lol.

  3. Probably could, the guy who wanted it liked the bolster look and we were joking around doing bottle openers so... It is not a pro chef knife, but it is an awesome talking point knife and isnt weighted too badly. Put it this way, it wont break.

  4. Thanks for the compliments though :D

Hey, you never said anything about a bottle opener!! Your knife hasn't shipped yet, I could always make a new handle for it.
